Conor Cooper is Gagne & Sons new CEO.

Cooper has more than two decades of leadership in the building materials industry and most recently served as chief commercial officer at CarbonBuilt Inc., where he helped advance the market adoption of ultra-low carbon concrete.

Cooper also spent nine years with Oldcastle APG, overseeing 18 manufacturing locations across the Northeast, and served on the board of the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute. He plans to continue to be involved nationally through the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association.

"Conor's history of leading high-performing teams and driving strategic growth across concrete and hardscape operations makes him an ideal fit for Gagne & Son as we continue to expand our regional presence," said Dwight Allison Ill, speaking on behalf of Gagne's ownership group. "We're excited for what's ahead under his leadership."

Cooper is a graduate of Colby College, and serves on the board of the Inly School in Scituate, Mass.
