New leaders at Goodall, Acadia hospitals

Two Maine hospitals whose CEOs have recently departed are under new leadership.
Goodall Hospital in Sanford has named Patricia "Patsy" Aprile as its new president and CEO, replacing Darlene Stromstad, who in March accepted a CEO position at Waterbury Hospital in Connecticut, according to the Portland Press Herald. Aprile has served as Goodall's vice president of operations for the past six years.
In Bangor, The Acadia Hospital has named Jamie Morrill, COO, acting president and CEO while a search for a permanent leader continues, according to the Bangor Daily News. Morrill fills in for David Proffitt, who resigned earlier this month.
