Not guilty plea by Rent-a-Husband founder

Rent-a-Husband founder Kaile Warren of Windham has again pleaded not guilty to three counts of investment fraud.

Warren, who last week was indicted a second time by a Cumberland County Grand Jury, yesterday denied charges of theft by deception, securities fraud and sales of unregistered securities, according to the Portland Press Herald. The charges are nearly identical to those in the original indictment Warren received in December, to which he also pleaded not guilty.

Warren owes more than $1.6 million on promissory notes to investors, according to the paper.
