Portside Real Estate Group will open its eighth office, at 89 Foundry Place in Portsmouth, N.H.
To mark the milestone, Portside will host events designed to connect neighbors, local businesses and real estate professionals:
“Our new Portsmouth office is bright, fun and built for collaboration,” said Dava Davin, Portside’s founder and CEO.
Portside is a woman-owned, independent brokerage with over 200 agents across Maine and New Hampshire and annual sales of over $1.3 billion, specializing in residential, new construction and multifamily properties.
Other locations include the main office in Falmouth, plus Portland, Kennebunk, Cape Elizabeth, Brunswick Belgrade, Waterville and Bar Harbor.
Earlier this year, the firm merged with Swan Agency Real Estate in Bar Harbor.
The brokerage has donated more than $1.2 million to local nonprofits through its 1% Back program, which includes support for New Hampshire organizations through the 1% Back to New Hampshire initiative.
