Portside Real Estate Group recently opened a new location at 4 Scott Dyer Drive in Cape Elizabeth.
The new space, which officially opened Dec. 10, expands the brokerage’s growing Portland-area footprint. It also has offices in Portland, Falmouth and Yarmouth.
The firm partnered with Tyler Karu on interior design and the office has “a timeless and transitional style throughout, with increased natural light, green features, agent offices and community gathering spaces.”
The company held an open house Dec. 10, which doubled as part of the Opportunity Alliance’s annual gift drive. Guests participated by bringing several items needed, including winter coats, boots and gear (hats, gloves and scarves) to the event.
Portside, owned by Dava Davin, began in 2012 in Falmouth, and has more than 70 agents and employees, with $310 million in 2018 sales.
