212 Canco Road, Portland: 68,730-square-foot warehouse sold to the City of Portland by 212 Canco Realty LLC for $2,900,000. Tom Moulton and Greg Hastings of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 11.

122 Lyons Road, Sidney: Industrial building sold to Sidney LLC by Cole Realty for $600,000. Joe Porta and Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 28. 

38 and 42 Bacon St., Biddeford: Two multifamily buildings consisting of seven units sold to Boba Properties LLC by Merchant Finance LLC for $450,000. Cheri Bonawitz and Ed Herczeg of KW Commercial brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 10.

2 Willow Run, Auburn: 4000-square-foot office building sold to Maine Health Care Workers’ Compensation Fund by LMD Properties LLC for $400,000. Kevin Fletcher of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 12.

4 Colonial Way, Machias: Commercial/residential building sold to MRRE Holdings LLC by KDS Venture LLC for $365,000. Michael Atienza of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 11.

295 Gannett Drive, South Portland: Office and print production building sold to JB Brown & Sons by RFB Holdings LLC for $4,900,000. Dan Greenstein of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 1.

506 Main St., Westbrook: Stockhouse Station, a 29,168-square-foot multi-tenant retail/office building on 2.5 acres of land sold to Stockhouse Station LLC by Stock House Five LLC for $1,850,000.
