57 Main St., Norway: Three commercial buildings totaling 6,000+/- square feet sold to 57 Main Street Norway LLC by Business Real Estate LLC for $430,000. Kevin Fletcher of Malone Commercial Brokers and Michael Cardente of Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed June 9, 2016.

818 Roosevelt Trail, Windham: 3,092-square-foot restaurant sold to Joy Real Estate of Lisbon LLC by Martin Lippman for $350,000. Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed June 21, 2016. 

536 Lincoln St., Lewiston: Retail building sold to Tony V LLC by Riverview Market & Café Inc. for $160,000. Joe Porta of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Sue Meservier of The Maine Real Estate Network brokered the deal, which closed June 13, 2016.

18 Pepperell Square, Saco: Building sold to JDS Properties by private seller for $319,000. Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate and William Kany of The Maine Real Estate Network brokered the sail, which closed June 6, 2016.
