199 Main St., Saco: 11,250-square-foot office building sold to Johnson Brothers Maine Realty Investment LLC by One Hundred Ninety Nine Main Street LLC for $1.7 million. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 21, 2017.

460 Elm St., Biddeford: 5,573-square-foot office building on 0.4 acres sold to Five Star Holdings LLC by PJG Properties LLC for $230,000. Ty Hobbs of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Frank O’Connor of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 11, 2017.

1247 Roosevelt Trail, Raymond: 0.88-acre development lot sold to RAYME LLC by Dodson Roosevelt Trail Realty Trust for $169,500. Larry Eliason of Butts Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 12, 2017.

10 Gould Road, Lewiston: 7.22-acre parcel sold to 1822 Lisbon Street LLC by Roger Caron for $100,000. Tim Millett of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Brad Moll of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 14, 2017.

600 Riverside St., Portland: 4,500-square-foot office/flex and warehouse buildings on 3.21 acres sold to Sea Scaff Realty of Maine LLC by 600 Riverside Street LLC for $925,000.  Michael Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 15, 2017.

6 Digital Drive, BiddefordOffice/flex building sold to DAC Properties 2 LLC by Benchmark Property Management LLC for $425,000. Karen Rich of Cardente Real Estate (representing seller) and Ed Herczeg of The Maine Real Estate Network (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 15, 2017.

518 US Route One, Suite 7, Kittery: 2,740-square-foot office space sold to Connections for Kids by Landmark Hill LLC for $235,000. Vince Ciampi of CBRE|The Boulos Company brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 17, 2017.

28 Mile Road, Wells: 3 acres of residential development land sold to Redwood Resorts Wells LLC by Legacy Partners III LLC for $940,000.   Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 12, 2017.

163 Thadeus St., Portland: 1,556-square-foot office and 4,083-square-foot warehouse on 0.69 acre sold to Mark Duval and Anne Duval by Sea Scaff Realty LLC for $705,000.  Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 12, 2017.

336 Presumpscot St., Portland: 5,000-square-foot mixed-use industrial building on 2.33 acres sold to Crandall 336 LLC by 336 Enterprises LLC for $500,000.  Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 7, 2017 

2210 Portland Road, Arundel: 3,752-square-foot commercial building sold to Berman/Arundel Maine LLC by Philip Chenevert for $335,000. Jeffrey Lapointe of Magnusson Balfour  and Helen Curry of Kennebunk Beach Realty brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 30, 2017.

206 Brown St., Westbrook: 4,791-square-foot mixed-use building sold to Stephen Hilton by 206 Brown Street LLC for $325,000. Greg Nisbet of Downeast Realty Partners (representing buyer) and Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 31, 2017.

557 Maine Ave., Farmingdale: 1,404-square-foot restaurant/retail building sold to P&P Real Estate LLC by Michael & Cynthia Genest for $170,000. Dennis Wheelock of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 7, 2017.

14 Willey Road, Saco: 25,200-square-foot mixed-use industrial building sold to Euphoria LLC by 14 Willey Road LLC for $1.4 million. Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group and Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale, which closed Sept 7, 2017.

540 Elm St., Biddeford: a complex of three buildings consisting of a concrete building and two tension membrane fabric-clad buildings, located on 1.6 acres, sold to KPT Marine LLC, by KAG Investments LLC, for $850,000.  Roxane A. Cole of Roxane Cole Commercial Real Estate LLC brokered the transaction, which closed July 24, 2017.

51 B St., South Portland:  2,010-square-foot business/residential building sold to Donna Castle and Jeffrey Bartlett by Jack Reckitt for $293,000.  Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Jenn DeSena of Ocean House Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 25, 2017.
