A Realtor with 10 years of experience in California has joined Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in its Camden office.
Before her move to Maine, Kitty Costello spent 10 years as a Realtor in California, where she built a business primarily through referrals and word-of-mouth. She has a background in entrepreneurship, design and art.
Having lived across the U.S. with her husband and two daughters, she offers a firsthand understanding of the moving process and what it takes to make a house a home and a neighborhood a community, according to a news release.
She has a strong background in residential property sales, said Chris Lynch, Legacy’s president.
“Real estate allows me to directly interact with clients, showcase my care and concern for their well-being and gain a clear understanding of their goals,” said Costello.
