View from above: A photographer’s chronicle of the changes on one Portland street

Mainebiz photographer Tim Greenway has created a series of photographs documenting the construction of the 40 Free Street apartments in Portland.
The images were taken from the One City Center Parking Garage over the span of 19 months, from October 2019 to May 2021. The work is part of Greenway’s upcoming fall photography exhibition, entitled "Resurgam: We Shall Rise Again," at Cove Street Arts in Portland.
The exhibition features photographs illustrating the vertical growth of the Portland peninsula over the past two years.
