In this second installment of our Startup Series, Maine SBDC Business Advisor Vien Dobui will introduce practical tools to help you turn your business idea into a working strategy. Whether you’re still developing your concept or looking to get organized before launch, this session will help you move from idea to execution.

- Setting business goals and building action steps
- Using checklists, templates, and planning apps to stay on track
- Tips for prioritizing when everything feels urgent
