75 Spring Hill Road, Saco: 50,920-square-foot industrial building on 11.43 acres sold to American Steel and Aluminum LLC by CJT Enterprises LLC for $4.25 million. Tom Dunham and Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 1.

523-529 Washington Ave., Portland: Two 6-unit multi-families on 0.57 acre with 20 parking spaces sold to RP Investments-529 LLC by Wash Ave LLC for $1.97 million. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Christopher Rutherford of Keller Williams Realty (representing buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 15.

21 Elm St., Camden: 17,303-square-foot commercial building sold to Elm Street Properties LLC by 21 Elm Street LLC for $1.79 million. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Dan Greenstein and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 6.

930 and 938 Forest Ave., Portland: Single-family and commercial building sold to Michael and Mary McNulty by Portland 930 LLC and Portland 938 LLC for $1.2 million. Jeff Davis of Town & Shore Real Estate and Karen Thompson of RE/MAX Shoreline brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 8.

40 Eden St., Bar Harbor: 3-bedroom house with duplex and garage investment property sold to Stephen Coston by Ross LLC for $975,000. Erica Brooks of the Swan Agency/Erica Brooks Group brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 23.

30-32 Brentwood St., Portland: 4-unit multi-family sold to Bridger Holdings LLC by Brentwood LLC for $900,000. Jennifer Davies of Compass Commercial Brokers and Susan Russell of Portside Real Estate Group brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 31.

0 Ossipee Trail, Gorham: 26.73-ace parcel sold to Patriot Holdings LLC by Gerdisch Revocable Trust for $775,000. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Mike Cobb of Colliers International (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 27.

740 County Road, Westbrook: 1,627-square-foot industrial building on 9.3 acres sold to CM-Wallace LLC by BD Solar Properties LLC for $725,000. Tom Dunham and Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 20.

119 Bear Hill Road, Hollis: 197-acre parcel sold to Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife by Deborah, Scott and David Wintle for $510,000. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 25.

661 Alfred Road, Arundel: Convenience store sold to JDR Properties Cumberland by Blue Sky Horizons LLC Saco for $475,000. Robert Baldacci and Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 24.

665 Alfred Road, Arundel: Former Holly’s Gas Station sold to JDR Properties Cumberland by Roland Gagne-Gagne Family Trust for $275,000. Robert Baldacci and Baylei Coombs of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 24.

744 Roosevelt Trail, Windham: 1,430-square-foot business condo sold to John Krouse and Christopher St. Pierre by Carl and Christine Schuler for $180,000. Emmett Peoples and Anthony Struzziero of Porta & Co. (representing seller) and John Krouse and Christopher St. Pierre (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Nov. 1.

424 Post Road, Wells: Anchor Inn & Cottages sold to Anchor Inn & Cottages LLCby 424 Post Road LLC and Giri Hotel Management for undisclosed price. Roger Daigle and Bridget Conley of Daigle Commercial Group Inc. (representing sellers) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 26.

984 Spring St., Westbrook and 351 Cummings Road, South Portland: Adjoining properties sold to Reveler Westwood LLC by 984 Spring Street LLC for $2.1 million.  Juliana Tonini of EME Commercial Real Estate (representing sellers and Charles Day of Porta & Co. (representing buyers) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 4.

29 Pleasant Ave., Portland: 8-unit multi-family investment sold to undisclosed buyer by undisclosed seller for $1.3 million. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and David Courtney of Bean Group (representing buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 1.

36-40 Front St., Bath: 10,848-square-foot office/retail building sold to Front Street Holdings LLC by KeyBank National Association for $1.2 million. Jon Rizzo and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 26.

185 Port Road, Kennebunk: 5,400-square-foot retail and residential building sold to ReidCorr LLC by Revest LLC for $1.1 million. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 30.

1236 Congress St., Portland: 3,177-square-foot retail building sold to 1236 Congress St Portland Maine LLC by Fiddler’s Green LLC for $895,000. Chris Paszyc and John Finegan of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 10.

113 Saco St., Westbrook: Convenience story sold to Lucky Thai LLC by STJ Real Estate LLC and STJ Properties LLC for $405,500.  Juliana Tonini of EME Commercial Real Estate (representing sellers) and Hoang Nguyen of F.O. Bailey Real Estate (representing buyers) brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 3.

Cyro Road, Sanford: 6.36 acres of land sold to R&L Realty LLC by Expanded Rubber Products Inc. for $225,000. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 27.

512 Warren Ave., Portland: Commercial condominium sold to Palmer Real Estate by Jokers Realty Two LLC for undisclosed price. David Jones and Robert Baldacci of F.O. Bailey Real Estate (representing seller) and Craig Church of KW Commercial (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 2.

Jane Pooler and Kalah Ampungan with Swan Agency Real Estate (representing sellers) and Laura Farr with Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 31.

Troiano Way, Gardiner: 19.9 acres sold to GRA Real Estate Holdings LLC by R & S 860 Brunswick Avenue LLC for $425,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 15.

4 Reach Road, Brooklin: Brooklin General Store sold to Brooklin GS LLC and BGS Holdings LLC by Brooklin General Real Estate LLC and BGS LLC for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Swan Agency Real Estate (representing sellers) and Debra Porter of Better Homes & Gardens/Masiello Group (representing buyers) brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 13.

184 West Broadway, Lincoln: 2,000-square-foot retail building sold to 184 West Broadway LLC by Timothy K. Cloukey Living Trust for $450,000. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander (representing buyer) of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 10.
