268 State St., Augusta: 11,823-square-foot retail building sold to Violette Revocable Trust by York Holdings LLC for $1.2 million. Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 13.

1 Granny Smith Court, Old Orchard Beach: 10,172-square-foot office building sold to 341 Ossipee LLC by Winter Assisted Care LLC for $979,000. Chris Paszyc, Chris Romano and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Craig Church of KW Commercial (representing buyer)  brokered the deal, which closed September 15.

132 U.S. Route One, Freeport: three-building portfolio totaling 7,225 square feet  sold to 132 U.S. Route One LLC by J&B Fitzpatrick Family Properties LLC  for undisclosed price. Tony McDonald and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 15.

63 Danforth St., 65 Danforth St., 71 Danforth St., 75 Danforth St., 77 Danforth St., Portland: 0.1302 acres of land improved with four separate multi-families totaling 40 units to Icculus LLC by East Danforth LLC for $6.5 million. Joe Porta and Vince Ciampi of Porta & Co. (representing seller) and Anthony Struzziero of Porta & Co. (representing buyer brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 12.

1087 Forest Ave., Portland: 0.2475 acres of land improved with a 4,942-square-foot office building sold to Six Girls LLC by 1087 Forest Avenue LLC for $890,000. 1174 Lewiston Road, Litchfield: 9,440-square-foot mixed-use property sold to Pine Tree RE LLC by Pine Tree Fence Co. for undisclosed price. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 28.

67 Sewall St., Augusta: 546-square-foot retail building sold to University Credit Union by Freeherd Corp. for $240,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 30.

214 Madison Ave., Skowhegan: 3,044-square-foot retail building sold to A & B LLC by KeyBank National Association for undisclosed sale price. Jon Rizzo and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 5.

0 Auburn Road, Turner: 15.6-acre parcel of land sold to Jordan Equipment Co. by Hinkley Camp Trust for undisclosed sale price. Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Terri Levesque of Amnet Realty (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 29.
