Risk Placement Services renewed its lease of 2,563 square feet of office space at 1685 Congress St. in Portland from 1685 Congress St. LLC. The tenant was represented by Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co. and the landlord was represented by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Northeast Safety leased 1,980 square feet of office space at 2 Main St., Building 15, Suite 219 in Biddeford from Wayne Technologies. Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant and Andre Rossignol of CORE represented the landlord.

Past + Future Craft Exchange leased 1,355 square feet of retail space at 506 Main St. in Westbrook from Stockhouse Station LLC. Joe Atwood of the Dunham Group represented the tenant and Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the landlord. 

The Protestant Baptist Church Mission of Kongo leased 985 square feet of office space at 160 Presumpscot St. in Portland from SJ Bruni LLC. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Foley Insurance Agency LLC leased 950 square feet of office space at 7 Webhannet Place in Kennebunk from Joy Real Estate of Kennebunk LLC. The transaction was arranged by Chris Gallagher, Joseph Italiaander and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co.

Apphia Kamada Mpay leased 900 square feet of office space at 640 Brighton Ave. in Portland from Income Property Management. The transaction was arranged by Reese McFarlane and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Project FEED leased 900 square feet of office space at 640 Brighton Ave. in Portland from Income Property Management. The transaction was arranged by Reese McFarlane and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Selkirk Holdings leased 800 square feet of office space at 980 Forest Ave. in Portland from SPE-AD Inc. Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Jonathan Nshindu leased 700 square feet of office space at 168 Lisbon St. in Lewiston from EAT Holdings at Lisbon Street LLC. The transaction was arranged by Emmett Frueh of the Boulos Co.

Brenntag Lubricants LLC renewed its lease for 40,000 square feet of industrial space at 605 County Road in Westbrook from Westbrook Realty LLC. The tenant was represented by Jon Rizzo, Sasha Philips, and Roger Dieker of the Boulos Co. and Tan Tang of CBRE.

Nicola’s Home renewed its 9,800 square foot industrial lease at 160 Presumpscot St. in Portland from SJ Bruni LLC. Jim Harnden and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group, and Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers handled the transaction.

Combined Insurance of America leased 8,072 square feet of office space at 500 Southborough Drive in South Portland from 400 Southborough LLC. Joe Malone and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant and Jim Harnden of the Dunham Group represented the landlord.

Chubb Insurance leased 8,002 square feet of office space at 500 Southborough Drive in South Portland from 400 Southborough LLC. Jim Harnden and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group, and Luke Malone and Joe Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers handled the transaction.

Maine Information Network LLC renewed its lease for 6,116 square feet of office space at 45 Commerce Drive in Augusta from 45 Commerce Drive Leasing LLC. The transaction was arranged by Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co.

Red Hot & Ladylike leased 5,558 square feet of retail space at 1053 Forest Ave. in Portland from 1053 Forest Avenue LLC. The transaction was arranged by John Finegan of the Boulos Co.

Laird’s HVAC LLC leased 5400 square feet of industrial space at  215 North River Road in Auburn from Hartford's Forklift. Shelly Everett of Everett Realty Group brokered the transaction.

Affinity Care of Maine leased 4,392 square feet of office space at 1 Runway Road in South Portland from Flagstone LLC. Jim Harnden, Sam LeGeyt, TC Haffenreffer, and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Fore River Tactical LLC leased 3,906 square feet of retail space from Highland Professional Park LLC. Mark Malone and Nick Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant and Mike Cobb of Colliers represented the landlord.

Cianbro Corp. leased 3,271 square feet of office space at 324 Cummings Road in South Portland from HHH LLC. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group, and Reese McFarlane from the Boulos Co. brokered the lease.

Maine Art Collective leased 1,676 square feet of retail space at 9 Moulton St. in Portland from 7-9 Moulton LLC. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers handled the transaction.

Spurwink Services Inc. renewed its lease of 4,972 square feet of office space at 778 Main St.in South Portland from RJH Realty LLC. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Craig Young of the Boulos Co.

Proinfonet leased 4,715 square feet of office space at 2 Monument Square in Portland from 800 Northern Corp. Tom Moulton, Katie Breggia, and Joe Atwood from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Avinet Research Supplies LLC leased 4,021 square feet of office space at 1067 Riverside St. in Portland from Hope 1 LLC. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

JM Excavating leased 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 36 Bartlett Road in Gorham from Hinks Realty LLC. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
 
Quality Housing Coalition leased 3,476 square feet of office space at 75 Washington Ave. in Portland from Dayton 59 LLC. The transaction was arranged by Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co.

Celtics Development LLC renewed its 3,271 square foot office lease at 550 Forest Ave. in Portland from Crossways Park LLC. Tom Moulton, Katie Breggia, and Justin Lamontagne from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
 
Priority Learning LLC leased 3,240 square feet of office space at 51 U.S. Route One in Scarborough from Nonesuch River Plaza LLC. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group and Kirk Butterfield from KW Commercial brokered the lease.

Paradies Lagardere Travel Retail renewed its lease of 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 1 Karen Drive in Westbrook from One Karen Drive LLC. The transaction was arranged by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.

Salvatore’s Hoagie Shop leased 1,675 square feet of retail space at 448 Forest Ave. in Portland from C.S.C. Joe Atwood from the Dunham Group, and Marc Fishman from Fishman Realty Group brokered the lease.

H&R Block renewed its lease for 1,485 square feet of office space at 240 Main St. in Lewiston from Tande Properties LLC. The transaction was arranged by Palo Peirce of Bricklight.

BlueTriton Brands Inc. renewed its lease of 12,613 square feet of industrial space at 34 Spring Hill Road in Saco from White Rabbit LLC. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. and on behalf of the landlord by Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co.

Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC renewed its lease of 6,359 square feet of office space at 707 Sable Oaks Drive from Second Portland Limited Partnership. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. and Laurence Briody of CBRE, and on behalf of the landlord by Craig Young and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co.

Maine Information Network LLC renewed its lease of 6,116 square feet of office space at 45 Commerce Drive in Augusta from 45 Commerce Drive Leasing LLC. The transaction was arranged by Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co.

Keystone Peer Review Organization LLC renewed their 3,410-square-foot lease for office space at 82 Running Hill Road in South Portland from 607 Northern Boulevard Realty Corp. Tom Moulton, Katie Breggia and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group brokered the renewal.

Nate Holyoke Builders Inc. subleased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 10 Manuel Drive in Portland from Everon LLC. The subtenant was represented by Joseph Atwood of the Dunham Group. The sublandlord was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. and Tadd Wisinski of JLL.

LifeStance Health Inc. leased 5,190 square feet of office space at 10 Market St. in Scarborough from 10 Market St. LLC. The tenant was represented by Derek Miller of the Boulos Co. and Patrick Purcell of CBRE. The landlord was represented by Jon Rizzo and Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co.

Anchour Creative LLC leased 4,288 square feet of office space at Pineland Center in New Gloucester from October Corporation. The transaction was arranged by Drew Sigfridson and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Legal-Ease LLC PA leased 4,129 square feet of office space at Two City Center in Portland from Two City Center LLC. The tenant was represented by John Finegan of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.

Liberty Graphics leased 2,300 square feet of retail space at 4 Mill St. in Freeport from GWB Freeport LLC. The transaction was arranged by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.

Libations Craft Beer and Wine leased 960 square feet of retail space at 169 Port Road in Kennebunk from 169 Port Rd LLC. The tenant was represented by Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Loren Ayer of Harborview Properties.  

Dawn Day leased 530 square feet of retail space at 312 Cottage St. in Sanford from NextGen Holdings. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
