Kenilworth Inc. renewed its 1,577-square-foot office lease at 2 Monument Square in Portland from 800 Northern Corp. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group brokered the renewal.
Sweetser leased 704 square feet of office space at 60 Lowell St. in Rumford from 60 Lowell St. LLC. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Sweetser leased 700 square feet of office space at 144 High St. in Farmington from Ingalls Leasing LLC. The tenant was represented by Chris Craig from the Dunham Group. The landlord was represented by Alex Pirleci from Balfour Commercial.

United Rental Realty LLC leased 24,000 square feet of industrial space at 8 Ginn Road in Scarborough from Faison 8 Ginn LLC. The tenant was represented by Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. and Laura Polster of CBRE.
Kleinfelder Inc. leased 5,325 square feet of office space at 1 City Center in Portland from One City Center Associates LLC. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. and Joe Bernstein of JLL.
