Colliers Engineering & Design Inc. leased 4,000 square feet of industrial/flex space at 4 Industrial Parkway in Brunswick from 4 Industrial LLC. Matt Pouliot of Pouliot Real Estate and Mike Cobb of Colliers International brokered the deal.
Caleb Gardner leased 930 square feet of office space at 181 State St. in Portland from Longfellow Square Partners LLC. Peter Gwilym and Emmett Peoples of Porta & Co. brokered the deal.
Dirigo Empowerment Institute LLC leased 700 square feet of office space at 6 Main St. in Gray from Centered Properties LLC. Abby Woodman from Colliers brokered the lease.
Four Seasons leased 2.13 acres of land at 1904 Lisbon St. in Lewiston from MAN Realty LLC. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Chris Romano and Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co.
Bio-Medical Applications of Maine Inc. renewed its lease of 6,000 square feet of medical office space at 4 Edward Ave. in Damariscotta from Moses ME Ltd. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. and Michael Farrell of Cresa Partners.
M.O.G. LLC renewed its lease of 4,902 square feet of industrial space at 125 John Roberts Road in South Portland from SJ Realty. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Joe Italiaander and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co.
Southern Maine Temps LLC subleased 4,800 square feet of retail space at 685 Congress St. in Portland from Mystique Retail LLC. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the sublandlord by Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co.
Little Chair Printing leased 1,015 square feet of retail space at 261 Water St. in Augusta from 257 Water St. LLC. The deal was brokered by Jim Boyle of Colliers.
Angus King Jr. for Governor campaign leased 769 square feet of office space at 650 Brighton Ave. in Portland from Dirigo Valuation Inc. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
Milam Law Collective PLLC leased 300 square feet of office space at 81 Bridge St. in Yarmouth from Sparhawk Investments LLC. Alex Pirleci of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal.
EA Scribner Insurance Agency leased 275 square feet of office space at 445 Main St. in Saco from Timberlaw LLC. Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the transaction.
Danielle Hazlett leased 205 square feet of office space at 445 Main St. in Saco from Timberlaw LLC. Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the transaction.
Haneen Beauty leased 150 square feet of office space at 445 Main St. in Saco from Timberlaw LLC. Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the transaction.
ADUSA Distribution LLC leased an additional 44,400 square feet of industrial space at 165 Pleasant Ave. in South Portland from 165 Pleasant Ave. Associates LLC. The lease was brokered by Greg Hastings, Tom Dunham and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group.
Schlotterbeck & Foss renewed its 29,750-square-foot industrial lease at 52 Canco Road in Portland from Congdon. Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group brokered the renewal.
Croteau Concrete Pumping leased 10,800 square feet of office space from Filmike LLC. The tenant was represented by Kimberly Cochran from Regency Realty Group. The landlord was represented by Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group.
Key Point Properties LLC leased 4,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space at 3 E Grand Ave. in Scarborough from ToGello LLC. Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Korde & Associates PC leased 3,731 square feet of office space at 707 Sable Oaks Drive in South Portland from Second Portland Limited Partnership. The tenant was represented by Brian Tisbert of JLL. The landlord was represented by Craig Young and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co.
Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. renewed its lease of 2,340 square feet of office space at 157 Capitol St. in Augusta from MPDC I Inc. The tenant was represented by Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. and Dustin McFarland of Savills.
DeMado Enterprises LLC doing business as Tumble Tikes extended their lease of 2,136 square feet of retail space at 180 Waterman Drive in South Portland from Mill Creek Realty Ltd. Partnerships. The tenant was represented by John Finegan of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.
It’s Always Something LLC leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 36 Bartlett Road in Gorham from Hincks Realty LLC. TC Haffenreffer, Sylas Hatch and Joe Atwood from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
