WPF HOLDCO LLC leased 11,000 square feet of industrial space at 41 Industrial Ave. in Sanford from HJP41,LLC. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the transaction.
Snyder’s-Lance Inc. leased 7,650 square feet of industrial space at 19 Gendron Drive in Lewiston from D. Gendron Construction Inc. The tenant was represented by Raquel Perry of Cushman Wakefield. The landlord was represented by Chris Paszyc, Nick Lucas and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.
Cilantro Indian Bistro leased 5,920 square feet of retail space at 200 High St. in Ellsworth from WCJJ LLC. The transaction was arranged by Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co.
