56 Whitefield Road, Pittston: 3,072-square-foot multifamily building sold to B.H. Homes LLC by Estate of Richard Tarbuck for $295,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Kim Gleason of McAllister Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 20.
984 Spring St, Westbrook: 10.5-acre development site sold to undisclosed buyer by undisclosed seller for $6 million. Joe Porta of Porta & Co. brokered the deal.
88 Elm St., Camden: 2,482-square-foot retail/office building sold to 88 Elm Street Realty LLC by Renbro Inc for $500,000. Sylas Hatch and TC Haffenreffer from the Dunham Group and Roy Donnelly from the Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 21.
939 Turner St., Auburn: 17,802-square-foot retail building sold to K.P. Gagnon Co. LLC by Auburn Plaza Inc. for $4 million. Craig Young of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 31.
