56 Whitefield Road, Pittston: 3,072-square-foot multifamily building sold to B.H. Homes LLC by Estate of Richard Tarbuck for $295,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Kim Gleason of McAllister Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 20.

9 Forrestal St., Lewiston: 39,754-square-foot industrial building sold to Great Eastern Lewiston LLC by RAM Construction LLC for $2.4 million. Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Schuyler Boylan of I. Schuyler Boylan (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 31.
481 Riverside Industrial Parkway, Portland: 8,016-square-foot office building sold to Team Vintage LLC by Riverside Kids LLC for $1.37 million. Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group and Alex Pirleci from Magnusson Balfour brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 9.
373 Riverside Industrial Parkway, Portland: 8,100-square-foot industrial building sold to 373 Group LLC by Floran Boland for $1.15 million. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 1.
179 Russell St., Lewiston: 7,296-square-foot medical office building sold to Joy Real Estate of Lewiston 3 LLC by Androscoggin Eye Associates Realty LLC for $725,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. (representing seller) and Joseph Italiaander and Chris Gallagher of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 9.
10 Exchange St., Portland: 689-ssquare-foot retail condo sold to Charles Russell Toynes by 10 Exchange Street LLC for $310,000. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.
