F.O. Bailey Real Estate agent team hopes to bridge two markets with new effort

Lauren Jones, a Realtor at F.O. Bailey Real Estate in Falmouth, launched an agent website as a platform to bring together the Maine and New York City markets.
The locales have significant populations sharing ties and roots. The website, laurenjonesrealestate.com, spans the two distinct yet interconnected markets, she said.
“After months of hard work and dedication, we're thrilled to offer this innovative platform to our clients. It's designed to streamline the real estate process and provide valuable resources to those looking to buy or sell properties in Maine and New York City,” said Jones.
The website features:
- MLS listings for properties in Maine and New York City
- A user-friendly portal
- Community events hosted by Jones, an initiative started this year with the hope of creating experiences for clients and neighbors beyond real estate transactions.
- Her inaugural event drew 140 attendees to a free and catered afternoon at Hurricane Meadows Fall Festival in Falmouth.
The next event is scheduled for Dec. 9, 2-6 p.m., at the Regency Hotel & Spa, at 20 Milk St. in Portland. The event will feature free professional photography with Santa, hot cocoa, cookies and treats.

F.O. Bailey Co. was established in 1819. The website has a historical section on the company's transformation from a general merchandise store in 1819 to a real estate brokerage today.
The website showcases sold properties and provides access to relocation and property valuation services.
Jones’s team is made up of Baylei Coombs and Emily Shaffer in Falmouth and agent Maggie Chong with New York City real estate firm Serhant.
