Maine Anthem prez heads to Ohio
Erin Hoeflinger, president of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Maine, has been transferred to head up Anthem in Ohio.
Hoeflinger has been with Anthem, a subsidiary of Indianapolis-based WellPoint Inc., since 1995, and has held a number of management positions, most recently as president of Anthem in Maine, according to a press release. While in Maine, she served on the board of directors of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce and the Maine Health Management Coalition. As president of Anthem in Ohio, a position she assumed Feb. 1, Hoeflinger is responsible for the management of all group health business in Ohio, according to the release.
