P&K Bakery LLC leased 2,554 square feet of retail space at 3 Spring St. in Portland from Six City Center LLC. The tenant was represented by Joe Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by John Doyon and Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers.
207 Driving School LLC leased 1,215 square feet of office space at 525 Main St. in South Portland from 23 Spring Street LLC. The tenant was represented by Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group.
Dr. Allison Goddard leased 832 square feet of medical office space at 45 Forest Falls Drive in Yarmouth from Mahesh Bandara and Brandi Barden. The tenant was represented by Jackson Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers.
New American Funding leased 2,910 square feet of office space at 75 Market St. in Portland from Wholly Cow LLC. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
El Rodeo Lewiston LLC leased 2,898 square feet of retail space at 736 Sabattus St. in Lewiston from Gendron & Gendron. The tenant was represented by Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.
Maine Initiatives leased 2,581 square feet of office space at 736 Sabattus St. in Lewiston from Finial LLC. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
Eastern Alliance Insurance Co. leased 2,662 square feet of office space at 12 Northbrook Drive in Falmouth from Addison Capital LLC. The tenant was represented by Bob Doak of Farrell & Doak/Keller Williams Realty. The landlord was represented by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.
The Holy Donut leased 2,400 square feet of retail space at 147 Pleasant St. (U.S. Route 1) in Brunswick from Priority Management Group LLC. The tenant was represented by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Parker Howard of Howard Property Group LLC.
Team Sunshine Construction LLC leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 12 Center Park Road in Topsham from the Grant Group LLC. The tenant was represented by Matthew Cuneo of SVN/Parsons Commercial Group. The landlord was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.
Roy Enterprises LLC leased 3,406 square feet of retail space at 60 Thames St. in Portland. Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers represented both the tenant and landlord.

Maine Initiatives leased 2,581 square feet of office space at 57 Exchange St. Portland from Finial LLC. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction. Editor’s note: This lease ran with the incorrect address last week.
Rachel Sugarman signed a lease for up to 2,450 square feet of flex space at 617 Water St. Gardiner from EJ Prescott LLC. The deal was brokered by Emily Theriualt of Pouliot Real Estate and Dennis Wheelock of Keller Williams Realty. The first year of the lease calls for 1,477 square feet and the following four years 2,450 square feet.
Beacon Safety Supplies & Consulting LLC leased 2,326 square feet of retail space at 251 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann and Jack Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers.
Southern Maine Conservative Collaborative leased 1,877 square feet of office space at 22 Monument Square from Storrey Industries LLC. The transaction was arranged by Nate Stevens and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.
ALG Maine LLC leased 1,750 square feet of office space at 7 Hannaford Drive in Buxton from Old Port Realty LLC. The transaction was arranged by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.
Edward Jones leased 1,700 square feet of office space at 4 Gabriel Drive in Augusta from Maine Farm Bureau Building Association. The deal was brokered by Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co.
Physical Health Relaxation Healing Center leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at 15 School Street in Freeport from Comet 13 LLC. The transaction was arranged by Brice O’Connor and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.
Maine Direct Dermatology leased 832 square feet of office space at 45 Forest Falls Drive in Yarmouth. The lease was brokered by Jackson Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers.
Maine Conservation Voters leased space at 320 Water St. Augusta. Emily Theriault of Pouliot Real Estate represented both the landlord and tenant.
Consolidated Communications of Northern New England leased 13,262 square feet of office space at 600 Sable Oaks Drive in South Portland from Atlantic Regional Federal Credit Union. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Mike Cobb from Colliers.
Overhead Door Corp. renewed its industrial lease of 10,000 square feet at 385 Rodman Road in Auburn from Northeastern Graphic Supply. Justin Lamontagne of Dunham Group brokered the renewal.
Team Irish Performance Training Center leased 3,525 square feet of industrial space at 1067 Riverside St. in Portland from Hope 1 LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Alex Pirleci from KW Commercial.
FDS-Portland ME LLC leased 2,440 square feet of industrial space at 35 Bradley Drive in Westbrook from 35 Bradley Drive LLC. The deal was brokered by Bryan Plourde and Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group.
American Wash Co. LLC leased 3,036 square feet of industrial space at 120 Main St. in Westbrook from Samycadam Co. LLC. The deal was brokered by Bryan Plourde from the Dunham Group and Emmett Peoples from Porta & Co.
Richard Qiu leased 1,187 square feet of retail space at 3 Hartley St. in Lewiston from Golden Arches LLC. The transaction was arranged by Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.
Harbourside Health Advocates LLC leased 1,150 square feet of retail space in the Freeport Outlet, at 475 U.S. Route 1 in Freeport, from Storage Realty Corp. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
