Parkview hospital president retires

After a decade, Ted Lewis has retired as president of Parkview Adventist Medical Center in Brunswick. His last day on the job was Monday.

There was no word on Lewis' reason for retiring. Board Chairman Mike Ortel said Lewis oversaw a number of improvements at the hospital, including construction of a new helipad, the addition of new primary care providers and the opening of a new Topsham practice, according to The Forecaster.

The hospital named Randee Reynolds interim president. Reynolds serves on the hospital's board and is also treasurer of the Northern New England Conference of the Seventh-day Adventists. He has more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit financial management, according to the paper.
