Pierce Atwood acquires 10-attorney R.I. law firm
Portland-based law firm Pierce Atwood has acquired the 10-attorney commercial and construction litigation firm of Little Bulman Medeiros & Whitney PC, based in Providence, R.I.
The Portland firm said in a press release that the Rhode Island attorneys would join its practice Dec. 9, giving it 145 attorneys across Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
The combined firms will operate under the Pierce Atwood name.
