Uprise Partners, a Portland-based provider of information technology and cybersecurity solutions, has added two executives to its leadership team.
Jon Zawrotny has been named vice president of strategic services, where his responsibilities will include strategic technology consulting, project execution and client success initiatives. He brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and customer advocacy.
Zawrotny specializes in operational efficiency, technical integration and relationship-building. He has previously led national service teams and developed software-as-a-service strategies in roles throughout the Northeast. Most recently, he served as senior manager of account management services at Dell Technologies. He received his degree from the University of Connecticut.
As Uprise's new vice president of finance and business intelligence, Deb McCann will lead financial operations and data-driven business performance strategy.
Before joining, McCann spent more than 25 years at Blue Mantis (formerly GreenPages Technology Solutions), most recently as director of business intelligence and finance.
McCann received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in information sciences and business analytics from the University of New Hampshire.
“These new roles strengthen our ability to do what we do best — partner closely with our clients and deliver exceptional cybersecurity and IT expertise from top industry talent,” said Malinda Gagnon, CEO of Uprise Partners. “This expansion of our leadership team reflects the dedication and success of our entire organization. Deb and Jon each bring unique skills and fresh perspective that will help drive our next phase of growth to better serve our customers.”
