Yachting Solutions and Yarmouth Boat Yard join forces
A new partnership between Yachting Solutions, a yacht services provider in Rockport, and Yarmouth Boat Yard/Moose Landing Marina is expected to expand exposure and leverage products and services for each company.
According to Maine Built Boats’ latest newsletter, the partnership will allow Yachting Solutions to help expand exposure and availability of the new and used boat inventory of Yarmouth Boat Yard and Moose Landing Marina. The nonprofit Maine Built Boats was established in 2005 to strengthen and expand Maine’s boat building industry by creating a unified brand, according to its website.
"It's a win-win situation," Steve Arnold, owner of Yarmouth Boat Yard and Moose Landing Marina, said in the newsletter. "Our partnership with Yachting Solutions will provide greater visibility of our sales inventory and will help us better meet the growing sales demands in the mid-coast Maine's area."
“This partnership will make it easier for us to supply interested buyers with boat offerings that fit their needs,” said Bill Morong, owner of Yachting Solutions.
Yachting Solutions offers a one-stop shop for boaters at all stages of boat ownership, including part-time crew as needed and all aspects of boatyard and brokerage services, according to Soundings Online. According to US Harbors, the company also offers a “Resto-Mod” approach to boat restoration, restoring deteriorated classic yachts with the help of new materials, and installing new technologies.
