675 Main St., Lewiston: 53,149-square-foot retail center sold to 675 MSL LLC by 675 Main Street LLC for $4.15 million. Frank O’Connor and Joe Atwood from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 30.
18 Hutcherson Drive, Gorham: 20,118-square-foot industrial building sold to Hutcherson Drive LLC by 18 Hutcherson LLC for $2.925 million. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 25.
6 Southgate Way, Ellsworth: 13,272-square-foot, three-building, 12-unit apartment complex sold to Southgate Way Apartments LLC by Visions Equities LLC for $2.35 million. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 10.
242 Commercial St., Rockport: 8,264-square-foot 21-room motel sold to Rock Harbor Management LLC by Ocean View Sunsets LLC for $1.75 million. Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 2.
491 Lisbon St., Lewiston: 18,000-square-foot Class A office building sold to 491 Lisbon Street Associates LLC (Skelton Taintor & Abbott) by Lisbon Street Leasing LLC for $1.1 million. Josh Soley and Charlie Hippler of CORE brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 17.
38 Cushing St., Brunswick: 7,046-square-foot, 6-tenant strip mall on 0.69 acres sold to Horton Properties LLC by Honalee RE LLC for $1.09 million. Tim Millett and Joe Porta of Porta & Co. (representing seller) and Katie Winglass of RE/MAX Riverside (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 6.
647 Maine Ave., Farmingdale: 14,050-square-foot former nursing home on 1.01 acres sold to Mansell LLC by HD Manor LLC for $995,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. (representing buyer and Kristin McQuillian of Century 21 (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 8.
10 Market St., Scarborough: 2,351-square-foot office condo sold to Miller Family Holdings CM LLC by 10 Market Street LLC for $965,000. Drew Sigfridson and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 15.
316-318 Main St., Rockland: 8,670-square-foot retail building sold to Ann’s Rockland LLC by Orient St. Properties LLC for $933,000. Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Nathan Pealer of Marcus & Millichap (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 20.
326 Presumpscot St., Portland: 4,500-square-foot industrial building sold to Reverse LKE LLC by 326 Presumpscot Street LLC for $883,000. Tony McDonald of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 12.
29 Brickyard Circle, Auburn: 10,640-square-foot industrial building on 13.31 acres sold to Brickyard Circle LLC by 29 Brickyard Circle LLC for $1.4 million. Bryan Plourde and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group and Tiffany Poland from Fontaine Family brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 10.
101 Winter St., Portland: 0.3672-acre land site sold to 101 Winter LLC by Thanos LLC for $1.075 million. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Josh Soley from CORE Firms brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 10.
60 Mellen St, Portland: 5-unit, 3,952-square-foot building sold to 60 Mellen St LLC by PFR at 60 Mellen St LLC and CPR at 60 Mellen St LLC for $850,000. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Kimberly Myers of Cottage & Co. Real Estate (represented buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 10.
25B Long Creek Drive, South Portland: 4,532-square-foot office condominium sold to FP Long Creek LLC by Mercy Hospital for $750,000. Mark Malone and Nick Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 3.
22 Madison St., Portland: 3,492-square-foot 4-unit with buildable lot sold to undisclosed buyer by undisclosed seller for $1.108 million. Brit Vitalius, Chris Sullivan and Jes Wallimann of Vitalius Real Estate Group brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 20.
96 State St., Augusta: 4,408-square-foot retail building sold to J.R. Jolicoeur LLC by Camden National Bank for $650,000. Chris Paszyc of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Derek Bowen of Hearth & Key Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 5.
40-75 Wells Plaza, Wells: 0.89-acre retail outparcel sold to Five Star Holdings LLC by B33 Wells Plaza II LLC for $575,000. Derek Miller, Brice O’Connor and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Frank O’Connor of the Dunham Group (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 12.
