Baker Newman Noyes, a Portland-based accounting and advisory firm, has promoted 10 employees to senior-level roles.

Trey Binette has been promoted to manager in the advisory practice. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine and a master’s degree from Husson University. He specializes in guiding organizations through technology selections, implementations and business process improvements.
Scott Boies has been promoted to manager in the assurance practice. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Thomas College. He specializes in providing auditing and assurance services to commercial clients and employee benefit plans.
Anne Cushman has been promoted to manager in the assurance practice. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington and a master of accountancy from Saint Joseph's College. She specializes in providing audit and assurance services to commercial clients and employee benefit plans.
Heather Goan has been promoted to manager in the tax practice. Goan specializes in tax planning and preparation for high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maine.
Ashley Haskell has been promoted to manager in the firm’s tax practice. She specializes in tax planning and compliance. Haskell earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine.
Wendy Koons has been promoted to accounting manager in the finance department. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton.
Chris Lowell has been promoted to senior manager in the tax practice. Lowell specializes in corporate income tax compliance and advisory services. He earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Dylan Wetmore has been promoted to senior manager in the tax practice. He joined the firm's private client services group in 2017, specializing in investment partnerships, stock option transactions and small business stock transactions. Wetmore earned a master’s degree and a bachelor’s in accounting from Husson University.
Meredith Wicks has been promoted to manager in the assurance practice. She provides audit services to healthcare and nonprofit organizations. She has been with the firm since 2017. Wicks earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine.
Baker Newman Noyes is ranked No. 2 among Maine’s largest accounting firms in the 2025 Mainebiz Book of Lists. The ranking was based on the firm's 2023 revenue of $35.3 million.
In addition to its Portland headquarters, the firm has offices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
