Composites co. expands in Brunswick

Saint-Gobain BTI, a technical fabric manufacturer in Brunswick, yesterday completed a 25,000 sq. ft. expansion that is expected to add 15 jobs.

The company, a subsidiary of French manufacturer Saint-Gobain Corp., says the expansion will help it meet demand for its close-molding products, which marine and transportation businesses use to make industrial composite components, according to a press release.

The addition qualifies Saint-Gobain for Pine Tree Zone tax breaks.
