The firm promoted Libby Belanger to the role, where she will work with internal departments to schedule projects, coordinate them to completion on time and on budget, and communicate their status to clients.

Belanger joined Rinck as a project coordinator in 2021. During that time she worked with MaineHealth, the Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevenetion, the Vermont Department of Public Health and the University of Southern Maine.

"Libby is an integral part of our team," said Nikki Jarvais, senior vice president and group account director at Rinck Advertising. "She is insightful and creative, always presenting innovative ideas to take to clients. "

Prior to joining Rinck, she served as a marketing event coordinator at Kardex Remstar in Westbrook.

The Norway resident graduated in 2019 from Plymouth State University, where she earned a degree in tourism management and marketing.

Founded in 2001, Rinck has offices on Lisbon Street in downtown Lewiston, with remote locations across the U.S. The firm's work include brand-building, creative services, media planning and buying, digital strategy, influencer marketing and content marketing.

Rinck Advertising ranks No. 10 among Maine's largest woman-owned businesses, a list that will appear in the Aug. 7 print edition. The firm had 33 Maine employees at the time it was surveyed for the list.
