Portside Real Estate to host panel on AI and video marketing

Portside Real Estate Group is hosting a representative of a Richmond, Va., real estate consulting firm, called Keeping Current Matters, as part of a panel on AI and video marketing.

Portside’s event, called “Empowering Clients: Decoding + Effectively Communicating Data Trends,” will be held April 9, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the Hilton DoubleTree in South Portland.

It’s open to all real estate agents in Maine.

The goal of the event is to provide local Realtors with tools to better serve consumers through market insights, artificial intelligence and video marketing.

Portside invited Kate Rezabek, vice president of research and content strategy for Keeping Current Matters, to share market data and insights on how to empower client trends and data.

Keeping Current Matters provides agents with ready-to-use blogs, graphics, videos and newsletter content, as well as education on the daily market changes.

Rezabek will join a panel of local professionals in AI and video marketing, including Rich Brooks of Flyte New Media and David Stultz of Structure Media.

“At Portside, we thrive on outside-the-box thinking and cutting-edge strategies in real estate,” said Dava Davin, Portside’s owner and founder. “Being the first in Maine to partner with Keeping Current Matters is a prime example of our forward-thinking ethos.”
