A roundup of commercial sales in Maine for the month of March

40 Park Road, Westbrook: 30,200-square-foot medical office building sold to Waterstone Properties Group Inc. by Mercy Hospital for $3.45 million. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Feb. 16.

34 Portland St., Portland: 3,400-square-foot retail/office building sold to Arizona Maine Properties LLC by 34 Portland Street LLC for $515,000. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Feb. 22.

25 Bow St., Freeport: 1,090-square-foot retail building sold to 25 Bow Street LLC by McLellan Abbott LLC for $315,000. Mackenzie Simpson of Porta & Co. (representing both sides) brokered the transaction, which closed Feb. 14.

0 and 7 E Hardscrabble Road, Auburn: 16.94 acres sold to RSK Properties LLC  by Morrison and Sylvester Inc for $155,000. Kevin Fletcher of the Fletcher Group at Keller Williams Realty (representing seller and Scott Townsend/Katy Foley of Scott & Sunny Townsend Team at Keller Williams Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 28.

24 West Cole Road, Biddeford: Two medical office condos totaling 3,252 square feet sold to Next Gen Holdings LLC by Urology Real Estate LLC for $390,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Feb. 29.

548 Main St., Fryeburg: Oxford House Inn and Restaurant sold to Oxford House Holdings LLC by Knickerbocker and Spak LLC for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Swan Agency Real Estate (representing seller and buyer) and Diane Pace of Swan Agency Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 28.

103 Leighton Road, Augusta: 5,200-square-foot industrial building sold to BDM Properties of Maine LLC by Augusta Associates LLC for undisclosed price. Nick Lucas of  the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and TC Haffenreffer of the Dunham Group (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 8.

7 and 25 Mt. Vernon Ave., Augusta: 1.26 acres of land improved with a 9,641-square-foot industrial building sold to Sparky LLC by Sonepar Distribution New England Inc. for $870,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. (representing seller) and Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed March 14.

744 Main St., Monmouth; 1 N. Main St., Bryant Pond; and 13 Park St, South Paris: Portfolio of retail buildings sold to Alexandria Trust LLC by RESAM Properties LLC for $845,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed March 15.

Lot 3, Eastview Parkway, Saco: 3.71 acres sold to Eastview Parkway Flex LLC by Park North Development LLC for $800,000. Sylas Hatch, TC Haffenreffer and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed March 15.

14-16 Elm St., Auburn: 5,300-square-foot multifamily sold to Frames LLC  by BK Homes LLC for $655,000. Alex Pirleci of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Maria Morrissette of Fontaine Family brokered the deal, which closed March 14.

96 Roosevelt Trail, Naples: 3,000-square-foot retail building sold to 96 Roosevelt Trail LLC by Alummikon Holdings LLC for $650,000. Kirk Butterfield and Craig Church of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Jessica Estes of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed March 20.

321 Main St., Lewiston: 0.34 acre of land improved with a 3,048-square-foot retail building with drive-through sold to cPort Credit Union by Francis Patrick Realty LLC for $550,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) and Brent Marice of F.O. Bailey Real Estate (represented seller) brokered the deal, which closed March 14.

946 Lisbon St., Lewiston:  Large, in-town 4-unit brick building with parking sold to undisclosed by Velilla Enterprises LLC for $535,000. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Janice Pompeo of the Maine Real Group (represented buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed March 15. 

364 Maine St., Poland: 2.32 acres of land improved with a 5,154-square-foot medical office building sold to Kimberly Clark by Community Health Center for $225,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. brokered the transaction, which closed March 14.
