518 US Route One, Kittery: 26,906-square-foot mixed-use plaza sold to Landmark Hill LLC by Landmark Properties LTD for $750,000. Greg Boulos and Vince Ciampi of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Michael Brigham of BH&G – The Masiello Group brokered the deal, which closed July 28, 2017.

190 Main St., Saco: 6,552-square-foot office building sold to Deering Block Properties LLC by 190 Main Street LLC for $675,000. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 25, 2017.

110 Main St., Saco: 5.84-acre development site sold to J&B Partners LLC by Saco Island East LLC for $1.5 million. Dan Greenstein and Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Jeff Clark of The Maine Real Estate Network brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 18, 2017.

41 Spring Hill Road, Saco: 14,160-square-foot office building on 4.76 acres sold to LAW Property Management LLC by 41 Spring Hill LLC for $1.3 million. Greg Boulos and Cole Smith of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Kirk Butterfield of Investcomm Commercial Group brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 18, 2017.

Lot 7B Industrial Drive, Augusta: 2.37-acre land parcel sold to State of Maine by Carley LLC for $100,000. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 17, 2017.

12 Smada Drive, Sanford: 8,100-square-foot industrial building sold to Greenlight LLC by Smada II LLC for $475,000. Jon Rizzo of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Suzanne McKechnie of Investcomm Commercial Group brokered the deal, which closed July 27, 2017.

311 Main St., Biddeford: 6,090-square-foot commercial/residential building sold to T&P Properties LLC by NK's Group, LLC for $390,000. Michael Atienza of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 11, 2017.

740 Broadway, South Portland:  22,152-square-foot shopping center on 3.1 acres sold to WillCo LLC by 740 Broadway LLC for $4.1 million.  Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Joe Porta of Porta & Co. (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 4, 2017.
