Three Ramblers Way Farm locations planned by year's end

Ramblers Way Farm, the Maine-based apparel company owned by Tom’s of Maine co-founders Tom and Kate Chappell, plans to open three retail locations in the coming months in both Maine and New Hampshire.

The Portland Press Herald reports that the apparel company, which is perhaps just as well known for its commitment to sourcing nearly 100% of its products and raw materials domestically as it is for its owners’ previous company, is working on opening one retail location in Portland and two in New Hampshire by the end of the year.

“We have to find a lease and a location that works for us,” Eliza Chappell, Tom and Kate’s daughter, told the Press Herald. The company is looking at locations in both Portsmouth and Hanover, N.H.
