Westbrook office equipment co. acquired
A Vermont company said Friday it acquired UBIQ Imaging Solutions Inc., an office equipment company in Westbrook and Bangor.
SymQuest Group Inc., an IT firm based in Burlington, Vt., acquired the business operations of UBIQ, a company that services and sells office equipment, for an undisclosed price. The sale closed Feb. 1, according to a spokesperson for SymQuest.
SymQuest will retain UBIQ's 20 employees, bringing SymQuest's total workforce to 150 people in Vermont, New Hampshire, New York and Maine, according to a press release.
