Here’s a roundup of commercial leases in Maine first published in the Thursday Real Estate Insider during July. (The Tuesday Real Estate Insider compiles real estate sales.)

From the Real Estate Insider of July 6

Standard Care LLC leased 2,100 square feet of office space at 190 Riverside St. in Poland from Bounty Development LLC. The transaction was arranged by Samantha Marinko and Greg Boulos of the Boulos Co.

Dirigo Food Equipment LLC leased 1,661 square feet of retail space at 1385 Maine St. in Poland from STJ Real Estate LLC and STJ Properties LLC. The transaction was arranged by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.

Gateway Retirement Solutions Inc. leased 1,455 square feet of office space at 201 Main St. in Westbrook from Pride Properties Inc. The landlord was represented by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co.

James & Whitney leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 800 Main St. in South Portland from D&J LLC. The transaction was arranged by Reese McFarlane and John Finegan of the Boulos Co.

Allyson Putnam leased 989 square feet of office space at 94 Auburn St. in Portland from MSP Properties 94 Auburn LLC. The landlord was represented by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co.

Residuals Management International LLC leased an unspecified amount of commercial property at 249 Merrow Road in Auburn from M&S Holdings LLC. Kevin Fletcher of the Fletcher Group of Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal.

Even Keel Inc. leased 14,750 square feet of industrial space at 126 U.S. Route 1 in Woolwich from Woo Industrial LLC. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. brokered the transaction.

Northeast Mobile health Services Inc. leased 14,625 square feet of industrial space at 9 Willey Road in Saco from 9 Willey Road LLC. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. brokered the transaction.

Five Below leased 10,768 square feet  of retail space at Topsham Crossing Center from Bridge33 Capital. The landlord was represented by Derek Miller, Brice O’Connor and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Jim Bagley of Atlantic Retail.  

Venture Solar leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 19 Pomerleau St. in Biddeford from MEC Realty Inc. Noah Stebbins of Boulos Co. represented the landlord, while Claire Richardson of Boulos represented the tenant. Venture Solar is based in Connecticut, with seven offices on the East Coast. This will be their first location in Maine.

Uncle Lucky’s LLC leased 5,458 square feet of restaurant space at 368 Fore St. in Portland from  CF Mariners LLC. The landlord was represented by Peter Gwilym of Porta & Co. The tenant was represented by Rob Tragemann of Colliers.

Laborers' International Union of North America, New England Region Organizing Fund, leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 995 Forest Ave. in Portland from Income Property Management. The transaction was arranged by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Page Partners LLC leased 1,000 square feet  of medical office space at 155 Center St. in Auburn from Seawatch 308 LLC. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. The landlord was repped by Tyler Stewart and Kevin Fletcher of Keller Williams Realty.

The Center for Intuitive Movement Healing leased 750 square feet of office space at Pineland Center in New Gloucester from October Corp. The transaction was arranged by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Paradigm Windows renewed its lease of 109,589 square feet of industrial space at 56 Milliken St. in Portland from Plymouth Real Estate Investors. The transaction was arranged by Drew Sigfridson and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co.

Portland Housing Authority leased 10,243 square feet of office space at 970 Baxter Boulevard in Portland from Back Bay Management. The transaction was arranged by Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co..

SubCom LLC leased 8,412 square feet of industrial space at 40 Old Dover Road in Newington, N.H., from A.A.&M Inc. The tenant was represented by Kent White and Caitlin Burke of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by David Choate of Colliers International.

State of Maine/Workers Comp Board leased 8,396 square feet of office space at 56 Northport Drive in Portland from 56 Upham LLC. The deal was brokered by Justin Lamontagne of the Dunham Group and Steve Baumann and Jennifer Davies from Compass Commercial.
 
Handful Studios leased 5,040 square feet of retail space at 369 Forest Ave. in Portland from D&J Weeks Properties LLC. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

East Coast Flooring and Window Treatments Inc. leased 4,500 square feet of industrial space at 6 Center Park Road in Topsham from the Grant Group LLC. The transaction was arranged by Noah Stebbins and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co.

JAR Consulting LLC, doing business as JAR Cannabis Co., leased 4,500 square feet of retail space at 681 Bath Road in Wiscasset from WM 681 Bath Road LLC. The landlord was represented by Peter Gwilym of Porta & Co. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co.

SMRT Inc. leased 4,300 SF of office space at 74 Harlow St. in Bangor from Bonaventures LLC. The deal was brokered by TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group and John Bonadio from Maine Commercial Realty.

Lake & Co. LLC leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 881 U.S. Route 1 in Yarmouth from Southworth Investments LLC. The tenant was represented by Jessica Estes of the Boulos Company. The landlord was represented by Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers.

FujiClean USA LLC leased 2,851 square feet  of industrial space at 60 Gray Road, Unit 1, Building C, in Falmouth. The transaction was arranged by Jon Rizzo and Sasha Phillips of the Boulos Co.

Green Leaf Residential Care LLC leased 1,900 square feet of office space at 175 Lancaster St., Suite 221, in Portland from WBP Commercial LLC. Peter Gwilym of Porta & Co. represented both sides in the transaction.

Town Pride USA leased 1,300 square feet of retail space at 756 U.S. Route 1 in Yarmouth from Hannaford Bros. Co. LLC. Charlie Craig from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

Society Impact LLC leased 1,265 square feet of office space at 85 Exchange St. in Portland from Top of Exchange LLC. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Next T.E.A. LLC leased 1,276 square feet of retail space at 543 Congress St. in Portland from HEGA Realty LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Kirk Butterfield from KW Commercial.

Network Craze Technologies renewed a lease for 508 square feet of office space at 225 Commercial St. in Portland from 225 Commercial Street Associates. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
