48 Spiller Drive, Westbrook: 134,000-square-foot industrial building on 9.47 acres sold to NRTI by Spiller Drive LLC for $13 million. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group (representing buyer) and Steve Baumann from Compass Commercial (representing seller) brokered the sale, which closed July 30.

766 Broadway, South Portland: The Neighborhood Laundromat business and real estate sold to That Is What She Said LLC by undisclosed seller for undisclosed price. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers arranged the deal, which closed July 29. 

From Aug. 12

275 US Route 1, Cumberland: 16,168-square-foot office building sold to Addison Capital LLC by INS Realty LLC for $2.9 million. Greg Boulos of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and  Drew Sigfridson and Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed July 2.

1583 Harpswell Neck Road, Harpswell: 3,641-square-foot hospitality building sold to Cooks Real Estate Holdings LLC by Cassandra L Stearns and Ignacio V Garcerone for $1.41 million. Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed May 27.

8 Venture Way, Kennebunkport: 4,339-square-foot industrial building sold to Venture Way Properties LLC by Venture Bait LLC for $1.125 million. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Dawson Sibley of RE/MAX Realty One (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed July 9.

949 Brighton Ave., Portland: 4,189-square-foot office building sold to Horch Properties LLC by 989 Brighton Ave Portland LLC for $885,000. Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed July 1.

44 Sheridan Drive, Fairfield: 4,700-square-foot industrial building sold to Ricky Gervais Inc. by Yellow Transportation Inc. for $225,000. Joe Malone and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers and Tom Dyer of CBRE (representing seller) and Jim Quimby of Remax Infinity (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 1.

1385 Route 202, Winthrop: 19-unit motel sold to 36 Doors LLC by Winthrop Ventures LLC  for $950,000. Ben Spencer and Ryan Carey of CORE (representing seller) and Cindy Dan of Maine Real Estate Experts (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed July 24.

2014 Hammond Road, Hermon: 5,000-square-foot industrial building sold to Dead River Co. by undisclosed seller for $900,000. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed July 30.

525 Eastern Ave., Augusta: 4,560-square-foot office building sold to Jmirecki Real Estate Holdings LLC and Kevin Mirecki by Webb Properties LLC for $660,000. Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Jim Peppin of Sprague and Curtis Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed June 26.

700 Mount Hope Ave., Bangor: 8,920-square-foot office building sold to Heart of Maine United Way by Tyler Technologies for $625,000. Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Carol Epstein of Epstein Commercial Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed June 27.

29 Association Drive, Manchester: 3,509-square-foot office building sold to 29 Association Drive LLC by Maine Dental Association for $437,000. Nick Lucas and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Kyle Dennis of Pouliot Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed July 2.

1224 Route 202, Winthrop: Industrial property sold to Charter Oak Holdings LLC  by Pelican Hill LLC for $400,000. Ben Spencer of CORE brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 7.

18 Innovation Way, Gardiner: 19.77 acres sold to Chelsealand LLC by JRN Holdings LLC for $130,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 7.

72 Elm St., Camden: Captain Swift Inn Sold to 72 Elm Street Camden ME LLC by Nightingale Corp. for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Swan Agency at Portside Real Estate Group brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 6.

116 Riverside Industrial Pkwy., Portland: 14,128-square-foot industrial building sold to Berzinis Realty LLC by Mail Guys LLC for $1,995,141. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 15.

100 Riverside Industrial Pkwy., Portland: 4,800-square-foot industrial building sold to Mountain Road Properties LLC by Properties Plus LLC for $993,454. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Aug. 15.

0 Edison Drive, Augusta: 3.1-acre parcel of land sold to Central Maine Power Co. by First Choice Properties LLC for $408,700. Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed June 12.

22 West Cole Road, Biddeford: 3,090-square-foot medical office building sold to 22 West Cole LLC by Westcot LTD LLC for $265,000. Joe Italiaander and Nate Roop of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Ed Dickhaut of Landmark Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed July 10.

5 Thornton St., Biddeford: 5,115-square-foot mixed-use building sold to Diversacorp Holdings LLC by Marty Devlin for $175,000. Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed July 3.
