766 Broadway, South Portland: The Neighborhood Laundromat business and real estate sold to That Is What She Said LLC by undisclosed seller for undisclosed price. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers arranged the deal, which closed July 29.
275 US Route 1, Cumberland: 16,168-square-foot office building sold to Addison Capital LLC by INS Realty LLC for $2.9 million. Greg Boulos of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Drew Sigfridson and Brice O’Connor of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed July 2.
1583 Harpswell Neck Road, Harpswell: 3,641-square-foot hospitality building sold to Cooks Real Estate Holdings LLC by Cassandra L Stearns and Ignacio V Garcerone for $1.41 million. Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed May 27.
8 Venture Way, Kennebunkport: 4,339-square-foot industrial building sold to Venture Way Properties LLC by Venture Bait LLC for $1.125 million. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Dawson Sibley of RE/MAX Realty One (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed July 9.
949 Brighton Ave., Portland: 4,189-square-foot office building sold to Horch Properties LLC by 989 Brighton Ave Portland LLC for $885,000. Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed July 1.
44 Sheridan Drive, Fairfield: 4,700-square-foot industrial building sold to Ricky Gervais Inc. by Yellow Transportation Inc. for $225,000.
