Keller Williams Realty Portland said it is leaning into artificial intelligence tools to help agents strengthen relationships, close more deals and scale their businesses more quickly.
“Real estate is still and always will be a human business,” said Andrea Page, a team leader with the company. “The difference now is that we’re giving our agents AI-powered tools that work behind the scenes.”
At the heart of KW’s tech strategy is KWIQ, Keller Williams’ proprietary AI, built specifically for real estate.
KWIQ provides agents with real-time insights, market intelligence and actionable strategies tailored to their businesses, according to a news release.
KW’s “Command platform” provides agents with AI-generated summaries for every contact and interactions in their database. The system analyzes all past interactions and offers recommendations for the next best action. The goal is to turn missed opportunities into closed transactions.
KW’s global technology team is continuously adding AI tools into the Command system.
At the regional level, Keller Williams leaders are training agents and leadership teams on AI strategies, with some agents building custom generative models to share across the company.
Agents receive Google Workspace accounts, giving them Gemini Pro AI at no additional cost. KW partnered with Canva, a graphic design platform, for instant, branded marketing materials that are customizable in seconds.

“Right now, the power is in the prompts, and we're going to make sure our agents are equipped with the best tools to harness that power to become even better fiduciaries,” said Isaiah Merced, a market center technology trainer with the company.
