Lynch Logistics Inc., a Bangor logistics company, has hired Matt Borden as vice president of finance.
Borden is a seasoned financial executive and certified project management professional with over three decades of leadership experience in the energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and building supply industries.
In this role, Borden will oversee the financial strategy, health, and performance of Lynch Group and its family of businesses, including transportation, warehousing, logistics, data management services and real estate investments.

Prior to joining Lynch Group, he held senior financial leadership roles at Ware Butler Building Supply, RH Foster Energy, JSI Store Fixtures and Dead River Co.
Borden received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Maine. He holds the certified management accountant and project management professional designations.
