Martin’s Point Health Care is adding a 100,000-square-foot corporate office building to its Portland waterside campus on Veranda Street. The new two-story facility will provide a variety of flexible spaces for employees engaged in team-based and individual work, and includes collaboration areas and huddle spaces along with traditional desk options.

The goal is to support onsite and hybrid workers in an expanded and innovative office environment. Lounges, a café and conference rooms will be included.

“As many employers consider how to leverage the flexibility of technology and the innovation that comes from in-person collaboration, flexible facilities like this offer a great solution,» said Matt Cooke, president and CEO of PC Construction.

Design for the Martin’s Point site is by Portland-based SMRT Architects and Engineers. Site work is being handled by Sebago Technics of South Portland.

The project is targeted for completion in early 2027.
