CORE’s new property manager for southern Maine brings six years of experience managing campgrounds across New England.
Jake Krainson joined CORE’s operations and management team.
CORE has “a strong focus on building relationships and offering excellent customer service” with tenants and property owners, said Krainson. “That’s something I learned from my previous role, spending six years managing campgrounds across the Northeast. The customer service element in campgrounds is important, as you’re driving online reviews. Each interaction matters.”
Krainson is managing 16 properties at CORE, from Portland to Biddeford and Freeport, serving business owners and helping to manage some of the area’s historic buildings, restaurants and commercial tenants, according to a news release.
Born in western Massachusetts, Krainson studied recreational management at the State University of New York in Brockport. He spent six years with Equity LifeStyle Properties, working as its director of recreation and then assistant general manager.
Equity, headquartered in Chicago, owns and operates manufactured home communities, RV resorts and campgrounds
Krainson has managed more than 450 campsites and properties across the northeast.
“This is a time of expansive growth for CORE,” said Josh Soley, the firm’s president.
In recent months, the company has been building out a team of property managers throughout Maine.
CORE provides clients with service in sales, leasing, consulting, asset management and development services.
