Maine's commercial real estate leases for the month of February 2024

Leases from Thursday, Feb. 1

Rami Salameh leased 7,200 square feet of food-processing industrial space at 55 Industrial Drive in Gardiner from STRR 1 LLC. Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal.

Boreas Transportation Co. leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 220 Industrial Way in Portland from Industrial Way LLC. Justin Lamontagne of the Dunham Group brokered the lease.

New England Fishermen’s Stewardship Association leased 1,413 square feet of office space at 500 Southborough Drive in South Portland from 400 Southborough LLC. The deal was brokered by Jim Harnden and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group and Emmett Peoples from Porta & Co.

NeuroDevelopment Center LLC leased 881 square feet of office space at 500 Southborough Drive in South Portland from 400 Southborough LLC. The deal was brokered by Jim Harnden and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group and Brent Maurice from FO Bailey Real Estate.

Leases from Thursday, Feb. 8

The U.S. Postal Service renewed its lease on 8,958 square feet of office space at 400 Congress St. in Portland from PO Square Building LLC. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. and Tim Kastens of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas.

MaineHealth leased 6,920 square feet of medical office space at 15 Lund Road in Saco from Ironsides Sports Center LLC. The landlord was represented by Greg Boulos and Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Jessica Estes of the Boulos Co.

Learning Works leased 6,300 square feet of office space at 190 Riverside St. in Portland from Bounty Development LLC. The landlord was represented by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Jessica Estes of the Boulos Co.
 
Loom Clothing and Home LLC leased 2,772 square feet of retail space at 56 Main St. in Freeport from Berenson Associates Inc. The tenant was represented by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was represented by Alfred Yebba of Yebba Realty Ventures.

Alder Rabbit LLC leased 2,180 square feet of retail space at 38 West Bethel Road in Bethel from Muscle City Investments LLC. The landlord was represented by Joe Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Sally Harkins of Sally Harkins & Co Real Estate.

The Drift Collective LLC leased 1,954 square feet of retail space at 1 Commercial St. in Portland. The deal was brokered by Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers and Andrew Samonas of Samonas Realty LLC.

Michelle Kruegar leased 1,200 square feet of office space at 919 U.S. Route 1 in Yarmouth from the Water Building LLC. The deal was brokered by Kirk Butterfield, Craig Church, and Alex Pirleci of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour.
 
BAYADA Home Health Care leased 450 square feet of office space at 58 Portland Road in Kennebunk from Courtney Holdings Trust. The deal was brokered by Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Luke Malone and Carly Parent of Malone Commercial Brokers.

Leases from Thursday, Feb. 15

Temco Logistics leased 9,920 square feet of industrial space at 167 Target Industrial Circle in Bangor from 167 Target LLC.The deal was brokered by TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group and Drew Sigfridson from the Boulos Co.

Unity College leased 4,907 square feet of office space at Pineland Center in New Gloucester from October Corp. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Swish LLC leased 3,612 square feet of retail space at 10 Water St. in Waterville from North River Hathaway LLC. The landlord was represented by Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Don Plourde of Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate.

Barresi Financial Inc. leased 2,725 square feet of office space at 1 Cumberland Place in Bangor from MRM Bangor LLC. The deal was brokered by TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group.

Maine Association of Retirees leased 2,257 square feet of office space at 157 Capitol St. in Augusta from MPDC I Inc. The landlord was represented by Nick Lucas and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Tyler Gaudet of Sprague and Curtis.

Ocean Spa leased 1,650 square feet of office space at 358 Main St. in Gorham from Home Plus LLC. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Rodway & Horodyski P.A. leased 900 square feet of office space at 251 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth from Falmouth Center LLC. The deal was brokered by Bryan Plourde from the Dunham Group and Steve Baumann from Compass Commercial Brokers.

Community Social Services LLC leased 662 square feet of office space at 312 Cottage St. in Sanford from Next Gen Holdings LLC. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

Leases from Thursday, Feb. 22

St. Michaels Running Co. leased 4,540 square feet of retail and service space at 246 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from Firehouse Ventures LLC. The landlord was represented by Peter Harrington and Michelle Peacock of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Kimberly Vellieux of Porta & Co.

Wild Maine Seafood LLC leased 4,100 square feet of office space at 40 Water St. in Kennebunk from CNC Realty Ltd. The landlord was represented by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Bette Schofield of Park Maynard Realty.

Lakeside Infinity Corp. leased 3,000 square feet of industrial space at 429 Warren Ave. in Portland from Portland Commerce Center LLC. The landlord was represented by Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers.

BluRoc LLC renewed its lease of 1,900 square feet at 3100 Hotel Road in Auburn from Maine Air Power Inc. The landlord was represented by Kevin Fletcher of the Fletcher Group of Keller Williams Realty.

Leases from Thursday, Feb. 29

Chen Crazy Crab Corp. leased 11,000 square feet of retail space at the 5 Points complex, at 420 Alfred St., Suite 14, from  BVH Biddeford LLC and  HD Lawrence Realty LLC. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. represented both sides of the transaction.  

The General Services Administration leased 9,528 square feet of office space 600 Turner St., Suite 5, in Auburn from West River Road LLC. Both parties were represented by Tim Millett of Porta & Co.  

Azel Residential Care LLC leased 5,690 square feet of office space at 500 Canal St. in Lewiston from Little Canada LLC.  The deal was brokered by Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Jessica Estes of the Boulos Co. 

Salt Flat Dance Collaborative LLC leased 2,800 square feet of retail space at 174 U.S. Route 1 in Scarborough from NG 168 LLC. The deal was brokered by Sam LeGeyt, Jim Harnden and Bryan Plourde of the Dunham Group.

CMG Mortgage Inc. leased 2,673 square feet of office space at 324 Cummings Road in South Portland from HHH LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group.

Abominable Cards Man LLC leased a 2,100-square-foot unit at 181 Center St. in Auburn from LMD Properties LLC. The tenant was represented by Tyler Stewart and Kevin Fletcher of the Fletcher Group of Keller Williams Realty.

Oceanair Inc. leased 2,075 square feet of office space at 324 Cummings Road in South Portland from HHH LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group and Reese McFarland from the Boulos Co.

Four Seasons Synthetic leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space at 34 Manuel Drive in Portland from Capital Endeavors LLC. Both parties were represented by Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour.

Hurst & Co. LLC leased 2,000 square feet of retail space at 265 Main St. in Biddeford from 4A Property LLC. The tenant was represented by Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers.

New England Discount Retailers Inc. leased 1,550 square feet of retail space at 60 Western Ave., Unit 3, in Augusta from 60 Western LLC. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. represented both sides of the transaction.  

Innovative Stop Loss Solutions LLC leased 1,239 square feet of office space at 1 City Center in Portland from One City Center Associates LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Brandon Mitchell from Malone Commercial Brokers.

Flourish Midwifery LLC leased 1,232 square feet of office space at 289 Main St. in South Berwick from Kenney Properties LLC. The landlord was represented by Caitlin Burke and Kent White of the Boulos Co.

Veronica Swanson and Christopher Kosek leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at 21 Pleasant St. in Portland from Anadilva Properties LLC. The landlord was represented by Chris Gallagher and Joseph Italiaander of the Boulos Co.

Structure Media leased 1,146 square feet of industrial space at 100 Innovation Way in Scarborough from Berzinis Realty LLC. The deal was brokered by Chris Craig from The Dunham Group and Connor Richardson from Maine Real Estate Co.

Lauren Corey Consulting renewed a lease for 967 square feet office space at 2 Monument Square in Portland. The landlord is 800 Northern Corp. The renewal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia of the Dunham Group.

Maine Summer Camps renewed a lease for 929 square feet office space at 550 Forest Ave. in Portland. The landlord is SSA Realty LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group.

Passport Health leased 425 square feet of office space at 525 Main St. in South Portland from 23 Spring Street LLC. The deal was brokered by Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group.
