13 Campfire Drive, Naples: 16.9 acres with 677 feet of frontage on Brandy Pond (former Bay of Naples Family Campground) sold to Asset Solutions Group LLC by the James R. Ruhlin Family Trust and Dorothy I. Ruhlin Family Trust for $948,125. Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate and Jocelyn O'Rourke-Shane of Lakes Region Properties brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 6, 2017.

279 Washington St. South, Auburn: 5,000-square-foot warehouse sold to Twilight Years LLC by Maurice F. Eastman and Lauren B. Eastman for $330,000. Cheri Bonawitz and Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 19, 2017.

Lot No. 2, Olde Canal Business Park, Gorham: 6.38-acre parcel sold to Maine Exchange Services by Grondin Properties LLC for $180,000. Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 27, 2017.

286 Burnham Road, Limerick: 1,540-square-foot storage building on 1.13 acres sold to Monkaloo Holdings LLC by the State of Maine Department of Transportation for $60,000. Chris Paszyc and Tim Millett of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Ron Cote of Real Estate 2000 brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 12, 2017.

340 Cumberland Ave., Portland: 51,498-square-foot office building sold to Sweetwater Partners LLC by 340 Cumberland Avenue LLC for $4.5 million. Tony McDonald of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Joe Porta of Porta & Co. brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 28, 2017.

380 Cumberland Ave., Portland: 28,987-ssquare-foot office building sold to Sweetwater Partners LLC by 380 Cumberland Avenue LLC for $4.1 million. Tony McDonald of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Joe Porta of Porta & Co. brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 28, 2017.

Admiral Fitch Ave., Brunswick Landing: Lots 6 and 7, totaling 12 acres, sold to the Priority Real Estate Group by the Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority for $900,000. The deal closed Sept. 6, 2018.

1112 Waterville Road, Skowhegan 2,945-square-foot retail/office building on 1.5 acres and .95-acre lot sold to Joseph and Michele Ferris by Taconnet Federal Credit Union for $260,000.  Michael Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 17, 2017.

Brighton Avenue & Larrabee Road, Westbrook: 50-acre retail land site sold to Water Stone Retail by Pike Industries for $6.8 million. Frank O’Connor from NAI The Dunham Group and Jay Wise from WRE brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 10, 2017.

143-145 Ocean St., South  Portland: 3,693-square-foot 2-building muti-family property sold to Kane Collett Properties LLC by Paul O'Shea for $675,000.  Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers and Catie-An Seavey of CBRE/The Boulous Company brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 17, 2017.

537 Shore Road, Cape Elizabeth: Retail condo sold to Rosemont Market by Trolley Stop LLC for $311,500.  Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Christopher Gamble of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 3, 2017.

269 Ocean St., Portland: 1,520-square-foot office building sold to 269 Ocean Street LLC by Emmons Development of Maine LLC for $281,750.  Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 2, 2017.

138 Main St., Pittsfield: 4,680-square-foot retail building sold to Bangor Savings Bank by TD Bank N.A. for $275,000. Chris Paszyc and Tim Millett of CBRE|The Boulos Company and David Latulippe of Priority Real Estate Group LLC brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 5, 2017.

32 State St., Portland: Eight-unit residential property sold to AGH Properties LLC by Price Family CRAT for $1.2 million. Brit Vitalius from Vitalius Real Estate Group and Steve Morrison from Morrison Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed  Sept. 29, 2017.

12 & 17 Bishop St., Portland: 12,100-square-foot office building sold to Bishop Holdings LLC by Spurwink Services Inc. for $1.15 million. Greg Boulos and Vince Ciampi of CBRE|The Boulos Company and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 3, 2017

583-585 Forest Ave., Portland: 3,614-square-foot office building on 0.15 acre sold to Annandale Holdings LLC by Margaret Buzzell for $395,000.  Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 29, 2017.

16-18 Cutts Ave., Saco: 13,750-square-foot mixed-use building sold to Hardy Pond Development Company by Roman Catholic Church of Portland for $285,000. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group and Kevin Fletcher from Malone Commercial brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 22, 2017.
