Urix acquires Woolwich tech co.
Urix Inc., a health care technology company based in Boston, has acquired Predicted Solutions in Woolwich.
Urix finalized the acquisition of Predicted Solutions, which was founded in June 2005 and develops software that identifies losses due to health care fraud, on Monday, Urix spokesperson Stephanie Martinovich told Mainebiz yesterday. Predicted Solutions' eight employees either will work remotely from the Woolwich location, or relocate to Urix's Boston office, Martinovich said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
