599 Center St., Auburn: 5,554-square-foot restaurant building sold to an undisclosed buyer by Nobility LLC for $3 million. Craig Young and Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed May 7.

153 South Main St., Calais: Dollar Tree sold to Peter Boasberg and Karen Cavale by County Plaza Holdings LLC for $1,681,818. John Golden of Maine Realty Advisors and Eric Peeler of Stan Johnson Company brokered the deal, which closed April 20.

3 Industrial Parkway, Brunswick: 5.8 acre lot with a 21,000 square feet building sold to Independence Association Inc. by Chabot Street LLC for $1.575 million. Daniel Catlin of SVN|The Urbanek Group brokered the deal, which closed May 3.

775 Washington St. N, Auburn: Former Rolandeau's Restaurant sold to Auburn Baptist Church by Rolandeau's Inc. for $315,000. Raynor Large of Magnusson Balfour and  Stephen Miller of the Maine Real Estate Network brokered the deal, which closed May 14.

Unit No. 7, 3 Southgate Road, Scarborough: 1,800-square-foot commercial condo sold to Michathroa Properties LLC by Joseph H. Groff III for $230,000. Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate (representing buyer) and Justin Lamontange of NAI The Dunham Group (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed April 20.

52 Water St., Hallowell: 25,246-square-foot office and industrial building sold to Capital Area Properties LLC by VFC Properties 38 LLC for $115,000. Chris Paszyc and Nick Lucas of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed May 8.

29 Washington Ave., Scarborough: 13,000-square-foot industrial building sold to Sleepy Hollow Development Inc. by R&A Property Holdings ME LLC for $1.295 million. Craig Young of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed April 25.

55 Maine Mall Road, South Portland: 1.5 acres of development land sold to KTJ 307 LLC by The Estate of Mary-Rose Starr for $740,000.  Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers and Atlantic Retail Properties brokered the sale, which closed April 20. 

96 South St., Biddeford: 7,500-square-foot 11-unit apartment building sold to Anadilya Properties LLC by JJ&K Management for $537,500. Thomas Gadbois and Julie Perrino  of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed April 30.

177 High St., Portland: Office condo sold to 177 High LLC by Maine Medical Center for $498,500. Catie-An Seavey of CBRE|The Boulos Co. and Craig Church of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed May 4. 

103-109 Main St., Waterville: 21,627-square-foot retail building sold to Arnold Block LLC by Willard B. Arnold Estate for $430,000. Chris Paszyc and Nick Lucas of CBRE|The Boulos Co. and Jennifer Nale of Porta and Company brokered the deal, which closed April 30.

56 Parris St., Portland: .23 acres of development land sold to Horton LLC by The City of Portland for $175,000. Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers and Nate Stevens of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed April 5.

30 Old Alewive Road, Kennebunk: 8,905 square feet of warehouse space on 1.37 acres sold to Management Controls LLC by THT Holdings LLC for $725,000.  John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers and Justin Lamontagne of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the transaction, which closed March 30.

37 Deering St., Portland: Five-unit apartment building sold to Gamehendge LLC by Anthony Holt and Deborah T. Cook for $580,000. Anthony Struzziero of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) and Tony Holt of Benchmark Residential & Investment Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 28.
