Bar Harbor Bank adds middle market expert in northern Maine

Bar Harbor Bank & Trust has hired Jason House as a senior vice president and middle market relationship manager. 

In his new role, the Aroostook County resident will be responsible for business development and relationship management for commercial and industrial clients in northern Maine.

House has nearly 25 years of commercial banking experience. He spent the last 17 years at TD Bank, where he held various roles, including regional vice president, senior relationship manager, commercial credit approval officer and project manager.

He has also held commercial lending and branch management roles at First Citizens Bank and Gardiner Savings Institution.

The Mapleton resident received his bachelor's degree in international studies from the University of Southern Maine. 

House serves on the executive committee of the Maine Forest Products Council and the advisory board for the University of Maine Graduate School of Business.

His additional board affiliations include the Aroostook Partnership, Maine Sporting Camp Association, Maine Professional Guides Association and Sportsman’s Alliance of Maine. He previously served with Rotary International and on the University of Maine at Presque Isle Board of Visitors.
